The 50-miler is perfect for riders 16 years and older looking for a new challenge or those not ready to take on the 100-mile distance yet. Riders will start at the Halfway point at Beestekraal Kerk in Roodekoppies to Sun City.

King Price Race to the Sun is an exhilarating 100-mile gravel race from Hartbeespoort Dam to Sun City.
Cyclists of every skill level are invited to participate in our race, conquering this challenge on a route known for its speed and flat terrain, encompassing a total elevation gain of 1000 meters.

Shuttle Servies
Morning Shuttle
Book your morning shuttle from Sun City to Beestekraal, the 50 Miler start venue. The shuttle will leave at 8am and transports you and your bike to the start line.
Afternoon Shuttle
If your vehicle is parked at the 50 Miler start in Beestekraal, book the afternoon shuttle from Sun City, the finish venue, back to your car. Shuttles will leave at 2pm and 5pm.
